This is a short little song that I put together. Its about a little portion of my life that I'm not particularly proud, which was actually bugging me for years. Even though I'd admit it to many people I know, it never completely got off my chest. So, after writing this song, I really do feel a bit more free, not to mention I think I got a good set of lyrics out of it.

hopefully you put this to a slow mellow acoustic track, i hope you get this posted up on one of your music sites

I actually was intending for a very soft acoustic feel. Something rather deep though, more or less to go along with my voice. I'll be getting this song and some others next week.

Nice song, painted a very good picture in my mind. Also clever use of words, I really like "Well I've gone high".

I like the lyrics you posted. I tried to listen to your music, but couldn't get anything on soundclick. I did listen to "This Place" on myspace.com. That one goes nicely with your voice. Definitely a different sound from what I'm used to and very interesting.

Thanks for that. I've been very iffy on that recording for a long time now, and it is a rather old one. I have nothing posted on my soundclick right now, but this next wekk I'm going to be posting up some new stuff, since I'll finally be able to record again.
