In true Marshall tradition, this amp has got fantastic build quality. The corners are all protected, and the control knobs feel satisfyingly substantial in use.
Sound:
From a sweet clean via vintage blues to extreme metal distortionm the G15RCD delivers on all counts, while the reverb is responsive enough to subtly colour your chosen tone. The gain control on the CD/guitar mix sounds great too.
Verdict:
An excellent all-rounder, especially good for great tone at non-housemate-disturbing levels. And you've got its tremendous pedigree in a smaller package.
