Well, since someone should try and start this thread up a bit. Here's a video of one of my favorite artists, Dave Matthews, performing one of their better songs solo. The guitar work is tricky, and you can tell just by watching his fretting hand, but then when thought of playing it and singing, it becomes clear why many people admire him.
